Surface Cleaning: Wipe the dust spots and silver particles on the surface with a tack cloth.

Usable Time: 25°C Quick Drying: 2hrs

            25°C Standard Drying & Slow Drying: 4hrs

Paint Spraying Caliber: Gravity Type(Upper kettle): 1.2-1.4mm

Siphon Type(lower kettle): 1.3-1.5mm

Paint Spraying Pressure(Mpa): 2.0-4.0

Spray Layers: 2-3 layers, 40-60um total thickness

Flash Time: 5-10mins, 25°C (It needs stand after spraying.)

Standing Time: Heating and baking after 15-20 minutes

Drying Time:

Shelf Life: 2 years if stored in Original sealed containers at 20°C

NOTE:

1. In winter, when the temperature is less than 15 degree, do not dry the paint file in the air, the most way is to bake them in spray booth with 60 degree inside.

2. When the temperature is higher than 30°C, the appropriate amount of Butyl Cellosolve should be added when the thinner is used. For details of Butyl Cellosolve, please refer to the application instruction of Butyl Cellosolve.

3. If there is any cratering in the spraying process, please stop the construction immediately and add 0.5%-1% Anti-cratering water to the remaining paint and then spray.

4. Spray fade-out thinner directly on the connecting area between new and old paint film so as to achieve invisible transition. For details of fade-out thinner, please refer to the application instruction of Fade-out thinner.

5. Clear coat mixed with hardener must be exhausted asap. Do not  keep it to continue to use it.

6. Please clean all spray tools with Thinner Immediately after use, otherwise it will be difficult to remove.

7. If there are seedy and sags after spraying, it can be sanded by sand paper(1200#-2000#) and burnished after being fully cured.

Characteristic:Two-component overcoat varnish with fast drying, short working hours, convenient construction. The film is hard and bright, low energy consumption, high efficiency, suitable for small area quick repair

Usable Time: 25°C Ultra Quick Drying: 2hrs

Intervals Time: Due to the fast drying speed,it need not interlayer spacing, it is recommended to use wet spray and continuous spraying to make spray evenly the paint film. After spraying, it needs to be allowed to stand for about 10 minutes to heat and bake.

NOTE:

1. Clear out mixed hardener must be exhausted asap. Run out in an hour.

2. Ultra-fast drying varnish drying speed, spray viscosity should not be too large, so as to avoid ropiness and orange skin. it is recommended to use wet spray and continuous spraying to make spray evenly the paint film.

3. Ultra-fast dry agent should not be applied in high temperature and humid environment, so as to avoid the phenomenon of bubbling and blushing. It is recommended to spray at temperatures below 25°C and humidity below 80%. Suitable for small area repair, it is not recommended to spray large area. When the temperature is below 10 degrees, it is to bake them in spray booth.
