LoadGuard High Precision Gear Reducer Motor is designed to support machines requiring steady speed control and adjustable gear reduction options. Its output speed is calculated by dividing the synchronous motor reference by the reduction ratio, and load conditions may cause slight deviations in real-time performance. Speed changes of around 2–15% can be expected depending on operating load. For applications needing an extended reduction range, an extra reducer with a ratio of 10 can be added between the motor and gearbox. Maintaining load torque under the maximum allowable value ensures stable rotation. If torque exceeds the limit and triggers a locked-rotor condition, a torque-limiting device installed at the output interface can help maintain continuous operation. This model adapts well to equipment with variable load characteristics.
