Product Description

 

Electro motion square vibration sieve machines use excellent vibrant motor as power source ,so that the materials can be thrown up on the sieve and stepped forward to make a straight movement .It can be equipped with single-layer or multi-layer  to achieve the grading ,removing impurity ,removing powder ,testing ,washing selecting dehydration  etc.

Materials are put into inlet of the screen machine by the feeder evenly and is divided into several products ,unqualified sieve materials ,qualified sieve materials through the multi-layer screen and all of them discharge from their own outlet .It can be used in automatic work of assembly line.

Working principle:

1. Drive is achieved by electric motor with carden shaft to the drive shaft equipped with twin unbalance adjustable weights where required additional v-belt drive can be provided. The number of exciters is increased according to screen width and two models are available with the exciters arranged above the screen or below depending on application.
2. Each unit is mounted on hollow, reinforced rubber springs which reduce noise levels, reduce dynamic forces, have optimal expansion and contraction properties without the need for bump stops and dispense with the need of a counterswing frame.
