  BEFORE USE

   

  1. Choose a safe location and avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or near any heat source.
  2. Avoid environments subject to vibration, excessive dust, cole or moisture.
  3. Due to the risk of electrical shock, do not open the cabinet. Should a foreign object accidentally find its way into the interior of the unit, contact your local dealer.
  4. Do not attempt to clean the unit with chemical solvents as this might damage the finishing, A clean, dry cloth is recommended for cleaning.
  5. Keep this manual for future reference.

   

   

  TURNTABLE PARTS

   

  TONE ARM REST:this rest is used to hold the tone  arm while you are loading your record,

  1. RPM:45RPM Adapter
  2. ARM CLIP:This specially designed arm clip secures the tone arm while nor in use at upright position, when the unit is in use, fold this tone arm ret down so as not to block your record.
  3. TONE ARM:The turntable comes with a ready to use, pre-balanced tone arm and cartridge. The tone arm is raised and lowered by hand, Please note that the tone arm needs to be moved away form its resting position on the arm clip for the turntable motor to start,
  4. CARTRIDGE&PROTECTOR:Please remove the plastic cartridge protector before placing the cartridge on a record by sliding it forward, off of the cartridge.
  5. RUBBER MAT:Protects your records while playing.
  6. RCA OUTPUT:Use to connect to external speakers (not included).
  7. USB JACK:for charging and connecting to PC for recording and editing by USB cable.

  9.33/45:Plays33/45 RPMswitch.

  LIATENING TO A RECORD

   

  1. Raise the dustcover
  2. Place a record on the turntable and set the palyer speed to match the record speed.

  NOTE:when playing a single (a 45 rpm record) and/or records with large center holes, use the 45 rpm adapter.

  1. Remove the needle arm form its rest, and gently move it to the desired position over the record. The turntable platter will begin when the arm is moved towards it. Gently let the needle arm descend unto the record to begin playing.

   

   

  HOW TO REPLACE THE NEEDLE

   

  To replace the needle, please refer to the instructions below.

   

  Removing the needle form the cartridge

   

   

  1. Place a screwdriver at the tip of the needle heads hell and push downwards in the direction shown in sketch “A”

   

  1. Remove the needle head shell by pulling it forwards and pushing downwards.

   

   

  Inserting the needle

   

   

   

   

  1. Hold the tip of the needle head shell and insert it by pressing in the direction illustrated by “B”

   

  1. Push the needle head shell upwards in the direction illustrated by “C” until the needle locks into the tip position.
     

   

  Hardware and Software Installation

   

  NOTE: Connect the USB cable with your turntable and youe computer, No extra driver is required.

   

  1. Hardware Installation

   

  The Audio Capture device doesn’t need any driver installation, Windows OS will install the driver automatically. Please connect audio capture USB connector into your computer’s free USB2.0 port. The system will note “Found new hardware.” Please wait for a Moment until system will note “The device is ready to use”. Please check hardware installing correctly.

  Right click “My Computer” and select “Properties”, and select “Hardware”

  Option, please click “Device Manager” key.

   

   

  Then, please click “Sound, video and game controllers”, then you will find the Device name –“USB Audio Device”.

   

   

  2. Software Installation

  Insert the CD (supplied) into the CD drive and follow the onscreen instructions. Once the software is installed, you can connect the tape to digital converter to your computer using the USB cable (supplied) to transfer your audio.

   

  Please insert software CD in your CD drive, and double click ”My Computer”

  And “USB Turntable” CD icon.

  Please double click “audacity” to install software, and click or select

  “Next” , ”I accept the agreement ” and/or “ finish” to finish the software

  Installation.

   

   

  3. Operation.

   

  Maybe you need to pull the audio capture device and plug it into your computer

  again.

  A, Double click “audacity” icon on your computer’s desktop, please select your

  Language first, then click ”OK”.

   

   

   

   

  Please click “Edit” key on the software panel, and select “Preferences”.

• 黑胶片简称：SP 或者 LP

•         1948 年开始，33又3分之1转的唱片发行，经过几年的发展，单面可录音时间将近30分钟，比以往长了很多，故以 Long-Playing称之。相对的，以当初的科技状况，有所谓的“SP”，即Standard-Playing，每分钟是78转。现在通行的唱片几乎 都是33转，所以黑胶唱片就被直接称为“LP”

  常见规格： 
  

  10英寸：录音时间短，一般只能录一首歌
  12英寸：录音时间较长，能达5分钟，亦为立体声LP标准规格
  33又三分之一转：LP密纹唱片，每面大约可录6首歌
  45转：EP细碟，每面只能录一首歌
  78转：SP粗纹唱片，每面可录约4分钟

• Please select recording device to be “USB Audio Device”, and channels to Be “2(Stereo)”.And select ”Play other tracks while recording new one” and “Software Play through (Play new track while Recording it)”,then click “OK”.

  B，Now, we start to record analogue audio to be digital MP3 format file.

  Please click red record key to start recording audio that you wanted. And whenYou want to finish, please click yellow stop key.

   

  At first time, we need to do more steps if we want to export as MP3 file.

  Click “File”, and select “Export As MP3”.

  You need to give one file name and location now.

   

  Maybe you still need to write some information.

   

   

  Now, you can get MP3 file through your analogue audio device.

  You can use the file for your iPod by iTunes.
